PINE BUILDING SYSTEM
What is the Pine Building System?
Precision Factory Cut
The Pine Cabin System is precision cut to the 1/32 of an inch. All Pine blocks are created on CNC machines in a factory environment leaving little to no waste. We can cut up to 3 complete cabins per day.
Less Site Infastrcuture Required
Because the relatively small size of the Pine Cabins, the units are engineered to not require traditional foundations, but instead can sit on helical piles, which can be easily installed and ready for use in a single day.
Reduced Labor Costs
Due to the upfront engineering and design of the units, a limited, less specialized labor force is required to assemble Pine cabins. Our installers are professionally trained and certified on our system.
No Cranes or Heavy Equipment
The Pine Cabin System utilizes a series of 24″ blocks that are easily carried and assembled by small teams with no heavy equipment or machinery required.
Build in Hard to Reach Places
Because the Pine Cabin System is so modular and light, we’re able to build units while maintaining the integrity of the forest. Blocks can also be hand carried into previously hard to build places for better guest experiences.
Built to Scale
The Pine Cabin System goes together quickly and easily. All holes for plumbing and wiring are pre-cut and predefined. All subcontract work is fully pre-planned and precision scheduled.
Fully Engineered. Sealed. Code Compliant
The Pine Block system and the Pine Cabins are considered a fully engineered, modular, unit. Sealed drawings are provided that show the cabin meets all applicable building codes.
CNC Structural Plywood
All the Pine Block parts have part numbers, arrows, and instructions cut directly into them for easy assembly. These components can be flat packed and shipped easily, or pre-assembled and shipped as blocks. The entire assembly can be emailed and cut across the country or world, saving thousands on shipping costs.
Pine Blocks
Pine Blocks can be assembled with basic tools and mallets and require no cutting at all. No power is even needed on site. Teams of two can assemble blocks and entire systems in a matter of hours.
Instant Assembly
All blocks connect via a proprietary engineered peg and staple system. Walls can be created any any unlimited configurations and are stood up simply by a single individual.
