Questions

Is the Camp a park model RV?+
It is a factory-built cabin on a titled steel chassis, towable rather than site-built, which is the park model RV idea. That is how you get a real, four-season cabin without a foundation, permits to pour, or infrastructure to build. Pine is not RVIA certified.
Why does it not have a bathroom?+
By design. The Camp is built for campgrounds and resorts that already run a shared bathhouse. Skipping private plumbing keeps the cabin affordable and lets you add more rooms per site, while guests use your centralized restrooms and showers. If you need private baths, that is what the Pine Plus is for.
What if I do not have a bathhouse?+
Add a Pine mobile bathhouse. It is a titled, delivered restroom and shower facility that a cluster of Camps and Pods shares, connected in hours, so you can run this model without a plumbed building.
How is it delivered and set?+
It arrives finished from our Michigan shop on its own steel chassis. On site the base is concealed and the running gear leaves with the truck, so there is no foundation and no site-built construction. Placement and utility rules vary by jurisdiction, so we help you check what your location requires.
Can I move it later?+
Yes. Because it stays a titled, towable asset, you can relocate it as the property changes. Repositioning carries a delivery cost, but the cabin is built to travel.
