Pine designs and manufactures the pieces of an outdoor hospitality property, then connects them with the technology that runs it. Everything arrives finished, titled, and ready to earn.
What Pine builds
A complete property, made of individually titled spaces.
Pine builds mobile cabins, private bath pods, shared bathhouses, and the platforms and walkways that connect them. Each space is manufactured complete, delivered on its own chassis, and priced on its own, so a property can start with one and grow from there.
Mobile cabins
Guest accommodation built on a trailer chassis and titled as an RV asset. This is the park model RV category, without the park-model project: no foundation, no septic system, and no building season.

Private bath pods and larger shared bathhouses. If you have priced a restroom trailer or a shower trailer for a campground or resort, this is the same problem solved for permanent, upscale guest use.
Platforms and walkways
The connective layer. Prefinished platform sections and lit walkways that tie spaces together into one property, with utilities run beneath rather than in the ground.

How Pine got here
One backyard studio to a shop of our own.
Since founding in 2023, Pine has grown every year: expanding the facility, bringing more of the build under our own roof, and partnering with investors who share the long view to widen what we offer. What began as a single studio in a backyard is now a manufactured product line.
The biggest step was taking the structure itself in house. Pine now runs its own metal shop, cutting and welding the steel frames and chassis every space is built on, in a full fabrication facility built around a CNC machine. Owning that stage means tighter tolerances, faster runs, and a product engineered end to end in one place, and it is a large part of why our build totals have doubled, steadily, year over year.

How Pine works

Spaces are manufactured complete and delivered finished. What arrives at the property is the product, not a pile of components and a construction schedule.
Every space is built and titled as a movable asset on a steel chassis. That keeps it equipment rather than real property, and keeps the option to reposition it later.
Connected hardware is built into every space rather than sold as an upgrade, so the operating layer is the same across a whole property.
