Questions

Is the Pod a park model RV?+
It is a compact, factory-built cabin on a titled steel chassis, towable rather than site-built, which is the park model RV idea at its smallest. That is how you get a real cabin without a foundation, permits to pour, or infrastructure to build. Pine is not RVIA certified.
Does it have a bathroom?+
No, and that is deliberate. Leaving the bathroom out is what keeps the Pod compact and high yield. It is designed to pair with a shared Pine mobile bathhouse, so a cluster of Pods gives guests clean, private facilities without plumbing a bath into every cabin.
How is it delivered and set?+
It arrives finished from our Michigan shop on its own steel chassis. On site the base is concealed and the running gear leaves with the truck, so there is no foundation and no site-built construction. Placement and utility rules vary by jurisdiction, so we help you check what your location requires.
Can it run off-grid?+
Yes. It connects with a standard RV plug and is built for off-grid and constrained sites, which is one of its core uses.
Can I move it later?+
Yes. Because it stays a titled, towable asset, you can relocate it as the property changes. Repositioning carries a delivery cost, but the cabin is built to travel.
What does it cost?+
