A restroom trailer is a self-contained bathroom built on a towable chassis, brought in where there is no plumbed building. The Pine mobile bathhouse is exactly that, built and titled, just at an upscale register: private stalls, real finishes, and smart hardware, made to stay on a property rather than get rented for a weekend. Pine is not RVIA certified.
Is it for sale, or only for rent?+
For sale. Pine builds and sells the bathhouse as a titled asset you own and keep on your property, not an event rental. It is designed for campgrounds, resorts, and dome or RV parks that want the amenity permanently.
How does it connect, and how long does it take?+
It takes fresh water, dual RV sewer, and 50-amp power, and it connects in hours, so it is in service the day it arrives. Where you have no hookups, onboard tanks and the solar option keep it running.
How many stalls can I get?+
Single-stall up to four-stall configurations. We size it to your number of sites and your peak turnover, and because it is towable you can add a second for busy weekends.
Will it work for a campground bathhouse or a dome field?+
Yes. Those are its core use. Domes and many campsites have no bathrooms of their own, and a mobile bathhouse gives guests clean, private restrooms and showers without pouring a building. We help you size and place it for your loop.
Can it handle cold weather?+
It is built for three-season northern use and year-round southern use, with a heated belly for the tanks. The heated-floor option extends comfortable shoulder-season operation.
