Questions

Is the Plus a park model RV?+
It is a full-service, factory-built cabin on a titled steel chassis, towable rather than site-built, which is the park model RV idea at its most complete. That is how you get a real cabin with a private bath and kitchenette, without a foundation, permits to pour, or infrastructure to build. Pine is not RVIA certified.
Does it really have a full bathroom?+
Yes. The Plus has a complete private bathroom and a kitchenette on board, finished and tested before it ships. That is what makes it a fully independent accommodation, no shared bathhouse required.
What is a Pine Outpost?+
It is a premium, self-contained Pine deployment built around the Plus. Because the cabin has its own bath and kitchenette, you can place an Outpost as a standalone destination without building shared facilities first.
How is it delivered and set?+
It arrives finished from our Michigan shop on its own steel chassis. On site the base is concealed and the running gear leaves with the truck, so there is no foundation and no site-built construction. Placement, utility, and inspection rules vary by jurisdiction, so we help you check what your location requires.
Can it run off-grid?+
It is self-contained for a full stay and connects with standard RV utilities. Off-grid capability depends on your configuration and site, which we work through with you before you order.
