What works without an Innkeeper subscription?
Everything physical and device-local works forever, with no subscription. The smart lock and its keypad codes, the smoke and CO alarms sounding in the Space, the thermostat at the wall, and the physical tank gauges all keep working. The subscription is the property brain on top of that: remote monitoring from anywhere, alerts, automatic guest codes from bookings, the turnover workflow, per-stay activity history, the fleet view, and the Pine App.
What happens if we cancel?
The devices keep working locally, automatically issued guest codes stop, and you can export your data, including activity history and per-stay records. The Space is never held hostage. Without Innkeeper it is simply a premium cabin with good standalone smart devices.
Does Innkeeper replace our booking system?
No. Keep Airbnb, VRBO, Campspot, or your PMS exactly as they are. Reservations flow in and map onto your Spaces, and Innkeeper runs the physical property from them. It is not a booking system, and it is not another system to learn.
Does each Space need wifi?
No. Every Space works with or without wifi at the Space. Each one reports over Pine’s dedicated long-range network, so monitoring does not depend on wifi at the Space or a cloud connection to know local status.
How much does Innkeeper cost?
It is $99 per Space per month, with bulk pricing across a fleet, 90 days free with every Pine space, and cancel anytime. The monitoring hardware is standard in every Pine space at no added cost.
Is Innkeeper available today?
The hardware is standard in every Pine space, and Innkeeper runs on our own property today, which is where we developed and tested it. We are onboarding early operators now rather than pointing to a large public fleet.
