To build that network, Pine partners with landowners in two ways. On exceptional undeveloped land, Pine develops and operates full Pine micro-resorts. On existing campgrounds and resorts, Pine deploys smaller, self-contained Outposts that operate as Pine locations within a larger property. In both cases, Pine owns the experience and operations, while partners unlock value from land they are not fully using.

We sign a fixed lease for the Outpost area, creating defined, contracted income from land that isn’t fully utilized today.

3. Pine Delivers and Operates the Outpost

Pine installs the cabins as a cohesive pod and manages everything end-to-end, including guests, additional marketing, maintenance, and technology.

Each bathhouse is built on a steel chassis and delivered as a fully finished, code-compliant unit that installs with minimal site work. It connects using standard RV infrastructure, requiring only a simple water line, dual RV sewer hookups, and a 50-amp electrical connection. No foundations, no extensive trenching, and no long build timelines.
