Questions

What is a park model RV?+
A compact, factory-built cabin on a titled steel chassis, towable rather than site-built. Pine cabins are park model RVs, which is how you get a finished cabin without a foundation, permits to pour, or infrastructure to build. Pine is not RVIA certified.
Are these prefab cabins?+
Not in the usual sense. A prefab or kit cabin is still assembled on your site, on a foundation you prepare. A Pine mobile cabin arrives whole and finished on its own titled chassis, so there is no on-site build at all. Same idea of building off-site, taken all the way.
What is the difference between the Pod, Camp, and Plus?+
Size and bathroom. The Pod is the compact sleeper, 96 square feet, no private bath, so it pairs with a shared bathhouse. The Camp is roomier with a seating area, 160 square feet, and still shares a bathhouse. The Plus is the full-service flagship, 200 square feet with a private bathroom and kitchenette, fully independent.
Which model needs a bathhouse?+
The Pod and the Camp have no private plumbing by design, so they share a Pine mobile bathhouse, which is what keeps them affordable and high yield. The Plus has its own full private bathroom, so it stands alone.
Can I move a cabin later?+
Yes. Because each stays a titled, towable asset, you can relocate it to another spot on the property or another property entirely. Repositioning carries a delivery cost, but the cabin is built to travel.
Do I have to build a whole property at once?+
No. Start with one cabin. Add a shared bathhouse, platforms, and walkways whenever the numbers make sense, and run it all through Innkeeper as it grows.
